Week 18 12/10 La Creta!

Well after reading a bunch of emails from other missionaries it seems like it has been a slow week for all the missionaries down here in South America. We found 5 new investigators but all of them don't really want to listen anymore. We will still work with them. I did find an old guy that i gave my first blessing to! He is super chill and wants to attend church and listen to us but he is in the hospital every single day except Sundays. So he will attend hopefully and listen to us every Sunday for 3 weeks and then be baptized!
He was a referencia from Chile Santiago West mission i think. The reference said that he wanted a blessing. So thats what we did.

The only thing super awesome that happened this week is on Friday we had a zone activity! We went to a water show park thing in the night! 
There were a ton of fountains and lights and videos that would play on a wall of mist. I don't know if that makes sense but it was super awesome! I'll send some pics so you can understand. Besides this nothing much happened here.
This week there was no church because there was voting again. I don't understand why no one does anything on the days of voting. It literally takes like 1 hour to vote but no one doesn't anything and its always on a Sunday haha.  
Tomorrow we have transfers and I'm hoping that i receive a new comp thats super awesome and wants to work muchisimo!

I cant wait to be on this end of the skype call this time! Its gonna be really weird but awesome! It's also weird that it is super hot here. I haven't felt cold in almost a year which is strange to think about. haha

Week 35 4/1 Ocho Meses!!

Buenas Tardes Casa de Isreal!!! jaajja This week went by pretty fast, I don't know exactly why because we had a garbage week in terms of the missionary work but its cooled down a ton here. It's not so burning hot that I have to change shirts twice a day😊. All I know is that this week is going to be super fast! We have some type of meeting or conference everyday with week. So that pretty much means that we aren't going to be doing much. We have multi-zone Conference which is the entire day almost, then District meeting, zone meeting, weekly planning, and then Saturday and Sunday General Conference! General Conference I think is Christmas for the missionaries. We literally get to watch and listen to our beloved prophet! Plus its even better because is Russell M Nelson.. pretty much every time its a heart attack of announcements!. We've found some cool people this week that we are going to continue working with but no one like out of this world prepared...

Week 33 3/18 Lo siento

Sorry, I don't have a ton of time to write everyone but I will prepare one for the next coming week. In summary, Nely and Lizbeth passed their interviews and will have their baptisms this week. Luis just got the priesthood and next week he will get the Melchizedek priesthood. We found a family of 4.  3 of them have accepted a baptisms date for this 6th of April. They are super awesome and discovered the church the jungle here in Peru.  Some nice leather scripture covers Sorry for the short update. Love you all, Elder Kohlert
