Week 31 3/4 Mi Hijo esta en camino

Well, this week I received a call from the assistants that I will be training this next transfer! I'm super excited to have a son but nervous cause I have to lead the sector again and also teach someone how to live the life here haha.
This week was filled with miracles! Wednesday ,while we were walking in the streets, a sister from Venezuela ran up to us and asked us if we were the Mormons. She told us that she almost got baptized and has all the lessons. She didn't accept a baptismal date because she lost all her hopes, but she wants to continue listening to us!



Also this last week we were walking past the chapel and there was a family of 3 with a member. She came from super far to show her friends the chapel so they could attend church. We taught them the first lesson and also watched the Restoration. They attended church and overall are super prepared!


I'm so glad that the Lord was willing enough to prepare so many people this week for us! I know without him that we would be nothing here in the mission work! I'm so grateful for this opportunity to spend a small part of my life helping people find the peace,  joy, and happiness that brings the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I love you all, keep progressing on the small and narrow!

Week 35 4/1 Ocho Meses!!

Buenas Tardes Casa de Isreal!!! jaajja This week went by pretty fast, I don't know exactly why because we had a garbage week in terms of the missionary work but its cooled down a ton here. It's not so burning hot that I have to change shirts twice a day😊. All I know is that this week is going to be super fast! We have some type of meeting or conference everyday with week. So that pretty much means that we aren't going to be doing much. We have multi-zone Conference which is the entire day almost, then District meeting, zone meeting, weekly planning, and then Saturday and Sunday General Conference! General Conference I think is Christmas for the missionaries. We literally get to watch and listen to our beloved prophet! Plus its even better because is Russell M Nelson.. pretty much every time its a heart attack of announcements!. We've found some cool people this week that we are going to continue working with but no one like out of this world prepared...

Week 33 3/18 Lo siento

Sorry, I don't have a ton of time to write everyone but I will prepare one for the next coming week. In summary, Nely and Lizbeth passed their interviews and will have their baptisms this week. Luis just got the priesthood and next week he will get the Melchizedek priesthood. We found a family of 4.  3 of them have accepted a baptisms date for this 6th of April. They are super awesome and discovered the church the jungle here in Peru.  Some nice leather scripture covers Sorry for the short update. Love you all, Elder Kohlert
